Key Foster, CFA

Key Foster is President and co-founder of Highline Real Estate Partners (with the McWane Family). He has held senior management roles in public and private companies, and has a successful track record as principal investor and executive leader of investment companies, early stage growth companies, corporate turnarounds, and large corporate development initiatives. Key joined McWane, Inc. in 2011 as SVP where he led principal investment activities for the McWane Family and its various operating companies. He was president of McWane Real Estate and executive chairman of McWane Technology. Previously, Key helped lead the turnaround of two public companies, advised Lehman Brothers during its bankruptcy, and executed $13 billion in M&A, financing and real estate transactions. He was co-founder of Redmont Hospitality, VP - Gaylord Entertainment (NYSE: GET), CFO - ResortQuest (NYSE: RZT), CIO - Trust Company of Sterne, Agee & Leach, Associate - Deutsche Bank (M&A), and Associate - Pharos Capital (PE).

Key received his BS in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is also the recipient of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
